Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn gave Twitter some terrible parenting advice
Kristen Bell and Kathryn Hahn are both moms and actresses who have played moms, so you’d expect them to have some pretty good parenting advice, right? To promote their new movie, Bad Moms, which hits theaters on July 29, Kristen and Kathryn turned to Twitter last night to offer some bad mommy advice to women who shared their #BadMomMoments, and the results were hilarious.
The first question: “If your child thinks farts are funny, should you be worried?”
“Farts are funny!” the moms say. “When your child laughs at his first fart it means that he’s a human being,” Kathryn adds.
The next #BadMomMoment: “I overslept and forgot to give money to my kid so I called and fired the tooth fairy in front of her.”
“This is one of the coolest, most boss moves I have ever heard about,” Kristen says.
The next Tweet was: “My 3 yo told us to give him a f***ing break when we asked him to eat his dinner.”
“My child recently said the F-word, and I’m kinda cool with it,” says Kristen. “F*** it,” adds Kathryn.
And finally, our favorite #BadMomMoment: “When u tell ur child the cookie ur eating has nuts in it -it doesn’t! so u don’t have 2 share.”
The duo compare the scenario to putting your own oxygen mask on first in case of an airplane emergency. “You take care of your sweet tooth mama, you deserve it,” Kathryn says.
After the hilarious impromptu parenting advice sesh, we can’t wait to see these two on the big screen in Bad Moms, along with costar Mila Kunis! It sounds like it’s going to be a riot.
