It’s no secret that Jessica Biel has always had a killer bod. She’s been training hard with celeb trainer, Jason Walsh, for years now. But, did you know Jessica also has a magical green thumb? We didn’t either until we saw her most recent Instagram post of her garden. Leafy greens! Bright Radishes! Vibrant cauliflower! We are impressed!

Just take a look at the sumptuous veggies.

In a recent interview with the Los Angeles Times, Jessica noted that one of the coolest things about living in California is the ability to grow your own vegetables year round. She will pick radishes, spinach, and other earthy delights and toss them into a salad.

They play a key role in keeping her and her family healthy. Jessica also tells us a typical day with her family starts with Paleo pancakes, almond butter, and local honey. To top it off, they’ll have a fresh juice and a green tea with honey.

When asked if eating all-out Paleo is the key to maintaining her incredible bod, Jessica says it’s not about eating a specific diet but about creating balance.

She does avoid gluten, wheat, and dairy. She noticed she had more energy and better digestion when she gave these up. But, of course, this mega-star and mom still has cheat days like everyone else. She’ll treat herself to cookies and pizza.

She also calls herself the human vacuum cleaner, because she’ll eat whatever scraps her son leaves in his plate.

Aw, isn’t that cute?

In 2010, Jessica climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise awareness of the global water crisis. After climbing for 6 days, the last stretch proved to be the most difficult. Jessica openly wept when she reached the top. Mt. Kilimanjaro is Africa’s tallest peak at 19,340 feet.

It’s a good thing you are keeping your diet nutrient-rich, Jessica! Your healthy lifestyle and awe-inspiring climb is giving us serious #lifegoals.
