If you’re a fan of The Office, you probably remember the very important birth of Cecelia Halpert. Now, we know a little bit more about why that name was chosen. On Instagram, Jenna Fischer shared a picture of the real Cece, otherwise known as her adorable niece. And while we might have known a bit about Fischer’s family tree before, we never really made the connection that it was her niece who technically named Jim and Pam’s first child.

The fictional Cece was born during the Season 6 episode called “The Delivery” — and since fans had been invested in Jim and Pam’s relationship since the first season, it was quite the event.

The real Cece looks like a total sweetheart, which means she was truly the perfect choice to name Baby Halpert after.

Even funnier, the Starbucks barista must have been a huge fan of The Office as well — check out their cups.

It’s unclear as to whether or not the second Halpert child, Philip, had a namesake as well. His name might have just been a plot device, since as we know, Pam and an also-pregnant Angela had a bit of a quarrel over who got to use the name. (Both of them won.)

The cute story about Philip is that Jenna Fischer was actually pregnant during the time of his on-screen bump-debut, which is why Cece had a younger brother so quickly.

We have a feeling that the real Cece is going to grow up and become a pretty huge fan of the show. We mean, when your Aunt Jenna plays television’s most beloved receptionist, there’s really nothing better in the world.
