Jason Sudeikis is obviously a great dad. In a recent interview he discussed how his ideas about feminism has evolved, especially in terms of his kids. Basically, Jason Sudeikis is great feminist dad and that’s good news for his son and his new baby daughter. And just the world — can we get more of this please? “My joke, when we had Otis was, at least, having a boy, I have a better understanding of how I’m going to screw him up,” Sudeikis told People at the CTAM TCA Press Tour in Pasadena, California, on Friday. “But with a little girl, I mean, she couldn’t have a better role model in [fiancée Olivia Wilde] and my sisters and Olivia’s sisters and our mothers,” Sudeikis added. What a nice compliment, right?

Olivia Wilde is a good role model for her kids and for Sudeikis. She’s constantly posting feminist images and quotes on her Instagram. She’s a super feminist and he’s a great sidekick. Sudeikis told the magazine, “And then, me being at a point in my life where I’m smart enough to recognize that and to stay out of the way of anything, I think is a sign of masculine evolution on my part.” He added:

It’s great to see Sudeikis have such an insightful point of view. Guys take note. He doesn’t think he should get a “gold star” or a cookie because he’s a feminist. He realizes that believing in equal rights for women should be the norm.

(Okay, I guess he can get a cookie. )
