Holly Madison opens up about living every parent's nightmare after her newborn had to be rushed to intensive care
ICYMI, Holly Madison’s son and second child, Forest Leonardo Antonio, was born on August 7th. But you may not know what he was rushed to the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) after he was born, reported People.
He was hooked up to “a million machines,” Madison said, and he had to go to the NICU “to get the fluid out of his lungs. First it was the fluid, then it was jaundice, then his eyes weren’t dilating, and I spent hours thinking my baby couldn’t see.”
Oh no!
Madison said those three days were “stressful” and “a super emotional time.”
We cannot even imagine.
When she and her husband, Pasquale Rotella, were able to take Forest home, “it was such a relief,” said Madison.
Madison, 36, and Rotella, 42, have been married since 2013, and are also parents to Rainbow Aurora, 3, according to MSN.
Madison seems like such a fun parent.
And a funny one, too.
And someone who’s very much in love with her husband.
We’re glad Forest is home, safe and sound, and that everyone appears to be adjusting to the newest addition to the family.
Meanwhile, Madison and her husband and kids give us #FamilyGoals, amirite?!
