This might've been the most dramatic double date in “The Bachelor” history...or not
One thing that never fails to be consistent on each season of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette — the drama. There’s always drama, and lots of it.
But just because there’s drama when the cameras are rolling, doesn’t mean there’s drama IRL.
Considering Fletcher felt like she was blindsided by Higgins when he chose Bushnell over her, it’s pretty surprising things didn’t get cray.
The two couples had dinner at an upscale Japanese restaurant in Hollywood on Thursday — perhaps because they simply wanted to, or perhaps it was for publicity reasons.
Either way, they all seem to be pleased with the way things went.
“It could’ve been awkward, but we’re kind of used to awkward situations,” Higgins told TMZ. “It was fun. It was good. I’m glad we did it, and it looks like everybody is really happy. I know I’ve moved on and I’m really excited about my relationship, and I think I know [Fletcher] has as well.”
We’d certainly say so.
So there you have it. Reality show exes can totally be drama-free (when there aren’t cameras around!).
