With a career spanning seven decades, Dame Angela Lansbury has proved she’s the queen of both the stage and screen time and time again. And can you believe it’s been 25 years since she played Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast? We certainly cannot. But for many years before her iconic performance in the animated Disney classic Dame Angela was already a household name. And let’s not forget the fact that she received an Honorary Oscar, won five Tony Awards, six Golden Globes, and is a Dame of the British Empire, too. I mean, need we say anymore?

Whether you loved Dame Angela best in Bedknobs and Broomsticks, The Manchurian Candidate, or Murder, She Wrote, there’s no denying how perfectly awesome she is.

And here’s just a simple reminder that she’s been absolutely FABULOUS forever, too.
