Guess How Much Your Favorite Celebrities Listed Their Homes for in 2022

From luxe penthouses to waterfront villas to massive estates, 2022 was a prime year of celeb real estate.

For us commoners, house hunting can be a real nightmare especially in today’s real estate climate. With the housing market predicted to fall (or at least plateau) in 2023, we saw more and more celebrities offloading their real estate assets in 2022 when the market was still hot and inventory was still in such high demand.

And what’s more entertaining than browsing through multi-million dollar listings that most of us could only dream of buying?

A Manhattan penthouse up in the clouds? An estate nestled in the hills of Los Angeles with its own outdoor spa? Sounds like a sanctuary! Moreover, it’s fun to see what grand amenities celebrities have added to their homes over the years like recording booths to floating staircases to European-imported fixtures to temperature controlled wine cellars. Again, luxurious amenities only some of us could ever dream of having in our home.

Pete Davidson’s Staten Island Condo

The Saturday Night Live alum has listed his Staten Island bachelor pad for roughly $1.3 million — a shallow price for a property once occupied by Kim Kardashian (and maybe Emily Ratajkowski), presumably. The two-bed, three-bath, luxe condo is about 1,600-square feet.

Inside, the home has an open layout, which feeds into a private terrace with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline. Tenants have access to a fitness center, lounge, tennis court, playroom, and business center. It’s located on the seventh floor of the Accolades on 90 Bay Street.

Located in one of LA’s most prestigious neighborhoods, the east coast-style mansion sits on a half-acre lot. The opulent estate has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, once perfect for his and now-wife Jennifer Lopez’s blended family of six. It comes equipped with a three-car garage, home theater, pool, spa, recreation room with a built-in bar, gym, and a temperature-controlled wine cellar as well as a guest house with its own kitchenette and bath. The Gone Girl actor sold his posh estate for a cool $28.5 million, which probably went straight to his wedding planner!

Christina Ricci’s Brooklyn Townhouse

Ricci is offloading her east coast property as she heads to warmer weather in sunny California. After two months on the market, the semi-detached townhouse came down $200K from its original listing price of $2.4 million. It’s nestled in one of Brooklyn’s most affluent neighborhoods, Fort Greene.

The townhome can be split into two separate residences, giving the owner a chance to rent out the garden-level apartment (a one-bed, one-bath). The main part of the home features three beds, two baths, a private deck, and a renovated chef’s kitchen. An unique find, this property has space to grow — literally. Owners have the option to expand the home’s floor plan with additional square footage.
