Here’s where you can find the “Coco” Easter eggs in “Cars 3”

As you’ve probably picked up on over the years, if there’s one thing Pixar loves — aside from making us FEEL THINGS — it’s dropping in little Easter Eggs for *other* Pixar movies. It’s been happening since the very beginning, all the way back to Toy Story, and will continue with the release of Coco (opening in three weeks!). But before you head to the theaters to check out the studio’s latest movie, their most recent release has some nods to what’s coming next.

In a few blink-and-you’ll-miss it moments, there are some Coco Easter Eggs in Cars 3!

If you’re trying to figure out how the world of Cars overlaps with The Land of the Dead, no, this has nothing to do with a Cars junkyard. Rather, in one of the early scenes of the movie, when Lightning McQueen first shows up at Sterling’s facility to train, one of the other cars there is daydreaming about his hometown — Santa Cecilia, which also happens to be the main setting in Coco.

Pixar, always thinking 15 steps ahead of everyone else for a reference.

That’s not the only hidden Easter Egg, though. You’ll also find the Pizza Planet truck hanging out in the demolition derby, and one very royal car sitting on the shelf on Sterling’s office.

While you won’t find this behind-the-scenes Easter Egg video on the Cars 3 home release, you will find way more. You can snag Cars 3 on digital *right now* and bring it home in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD on November 3rd.
