Cardi B clapped back at a fan who said daughter Kulture “doesn’t like her”

On May 27th, Cardi B took to Instagram Live to let fans see how social distancing at home with her family is going—and, in a nutshell, it’s going as well as pretty much every other family quarantine situation out there. Followers got a kick out of Cardi B yelling her daughter Kulture’s name at the top of her lungs to no avail as Kulture ignored her and played on the iPad. It was a relatable moment that most parents have experienced before (and recently).
Except, some people took the joke a bit too far. One person claimed via Twitter that Kulture “don’t like her momma.” So, Cardi had no choice but to clap back in Cardi fashion.
It started when one fan on Twitter captured the hilarious moment from Cardi B’s Live and uploaded it adding, “Kulture is so over Cardi and her antics.” And, like, true—but in a cute way. What kid hasn’t ignored their parents?

Most people were laughing with Cardi in the comments.

Cardi did respond to this first tweet, correcting those who believe Kulture is “so over” Cardi. Obviously, this household revolves around “Miss Kulture,” as it should!
And guess who made me get out the shower ,thirty minutes later after this live with soap on me just to tuck her in and cuddle her to sleep ? Yes Miss Kulture 😩😒 https://t.co/ub8ohcW2oW

But others…They were laughing at rather than with, if you catch our drift.

And Cardi just could not stand for that. So, she clapped back in the best way possible—with utter cuteness. “Loud and wrong,” she retorted.

There will be no mommy shaming allowed when it comes to Cardi B and Kulture, and Cardi will see to that personally. As for us, we’re looking forward to more Instagram Live videos of Kulture being absolutely iconic during quarantine.
