The new Captain America: Civil War trailer is here and it’s SO intense

Last night, stars of the upcoming movie Captain America: Civil War, Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr., dropped by Jimmy Kimmel to chat about the film. This particular installment is third in the Captain America series, and promises to be even more exciting. Much to the audience’s (and our) delight, Evans and Downey Jr. ended up revealing the poster and trailer for what looks like one of the most intense Marvel movies out there.

To get you up to speed, Civil War is exactly what it sounds like. After a fallout between the heroes (specifically, Iron Man and Captain America), a fight starts brewing within. Rather than fighting villains, heroes are fighting heroes, which could ruin the very system set up to protect the world from this kind of violence.

But let’s focus on the exciting stuff. First and foremost, we have a new poster, which perfectly illustrates the tension this film is based around.

If you think that poster is tense, just wait until you watch the trailer. True loyalties are revealed and friendships crumble in a battle that threatens to destroy superheroes as we know them. Watch below!
