“Captain America: Civil War” is going to be the longest Marvel movie yet

This is the moment that Marvel fans have been waiting for: The new trailer for Captain America: Civil War is here! And so begins the epic battle between Captain America and Iron Man. The world is in trouble and the two disagree on how things should be handled. This isn’t superheroes fighting villains—this is superheroes fighting superheroes. “This doesn’t have to end in a fight, Tony,” Steve Rogers says, but we all know that it will.

The upcoming installment promises to be Captain America’s longest movie yet. Captain America: The First Avenger clocked in at 2 hours and 4 minutes. Captain America: The Winter Soldier was a bit longer at 2 hours and 16 minutes. But Captain America: Civil War will be a whopping 2 hours and 26 minutes. There’s a lot of ground to cover in this film, namely because there are a lot of characters to follow and storylines to address. Seriously, this cast is stacked.

Returning characters include Chris Evans as Captain America, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Anthony Mackie as Falcon and Don Cheadle as War Machine. But that’s not all! Also returning are Paul Bettany as Vision, Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Sebastian Stan as Winter Soldier, Emily VanCamp as Agent 13, Frank Grillo as Crossbones and William Hurt as General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross.

And then, there are the new faces: Chadwick Boseman will play the Black Panther. Daniel Bruhl will play Baron Zemo. Paul Rudd will play Ant-Man. Tom Holland will play Spider-Man. And Martin Freeman will play government worker Everett Ross. Civil War has no choice—there are so many characters, it has to be as long as possible! Not that we’re complaining though. The longer the movie, the better.

Check out the trailer and see how many Marvel characters you can spot!
