Here’s a list of all the TV shows that have been canceled this season, because it’s been a bloodbath

TV show cancellation season isn’t an easy time. Some of us are waiting with bated breath to hear whether or not our shows are getting renewed or getting the axe. This time of year, there are so many canceled TV shows, oftentimes we are left disappointed and heartbroken. Sometimes it feels like TV executives and all of the people in charge don’t know a good show when it’s right in front of them!

Even mediocre shows getting cancelled is a bummer. The cast and crew have to find new jobs and probably close to 200 people are laid off during a cancellation. Spring is great, but cancellation season is the worst.

Now, 26 TV shows (and counting?) were told that their time was up. In case you missed it, even the beloved Brooklyn Nine-Nine was canceled by FOX. But after a rousing show of support on the internet, NBC heroically saved it. (Thank you, NBC!) For the rest of these shows, we have a feeling they won’t be so lucky. It’s tough to please a network. Here’s a full list of canceled TV shows that will no longer be.

Look on the bright side. If you never got the chance to catch up on Rise and compare it to Glee, now you have all the time in the world.

On NBC, say goodbye to:

  • Taken
  • Great News
  • The Brave
  • Rise

On FOX, it’s time to bid farewell to:

  • Brooklyn Nine-Nine (but don’t worry! It’ll be on NBC!)
  • The Last Man on Earth
  • The Mick
  • The Exorcist
  • Lucifer

On CBS, these shows will be no longer:

  • Scorpion
  • Superior Donuts
  • Wisdom of a Crowd
  • 9JKL
  • Me, Myself & I
  • Living Biblically
  • Kevin Can Wait

ABC leads the pack in cancellations with a whopping nine canceled TV shows. They are:

  • Alex, Inc.
  • Deception
  • The Crossing
  • Kevin (Probably) Saves the World
  • The Mayor
  • Marvel’s Inhumans
  • Ten Days in the Valley
  • Designated Survivor
  • Quantico

And the last major network, the CW, has cancelled two shows:

  • Life Sentence
  • Valor

To all of the fans and people impacted by these canceled TV shows, our condolences. It’s tough to lose a show you love, but hey — we’ll always have Netflix.
