If you need something to distract you, or something to stare at for an infinite amount of time, we have JUST the thing: Seb Lester’s Instagram videos. The calligrapher who hails from London draws logos of all kinds (fashion, book titles, and TV shows), and he records his ethereal pen strokes. We’re not sure why drawing letters is so mesmerizing but it is. Maybe it’s the flawless symmetry of the shapes, or how staring at someone draw lines so perfectly, so immaculately feels like a form of meditation. For all we know, Seb Lester’s videos might just re-align our Chakras, they’re so impressive.
