Guys! Britney Spears *really* wants to go on tour and we NEED it to happen
Guys, this isn’t a drill! Britney Spears is finally ready to leave Las Vegas and head out on tour!
It’s safe to say that 2016 was an amazing year for Britney Spears. Not only did the iconic pop star release her best album in years, Glory, but the princess of pop also bagged herself a new boo in the shape of the Sam Asghari, who starred in her Tinashe-featuring video for “Slumber Party.”
What’s more, the singer has been putting all negativity behind her, too. In fact, this year alone she’s already shared a snapshot of how she’s feeling and it’s joyous!
Well, now Britney has revealed that she’s ready to step it all up in 2017.
In an interview with Think Magazine, Britney revealed that she was just about ready to hit the road and spread some of her joy by going on tour.

While Britney did make a few rare live appearances last year (she performed in London for the first time in five years at the Apple Music Festival, and appeared at a scattering of radio tours and the iHeartMusic Festival), Ms. Spears hasn’t done a full world tour since 2011.
Instead, the the “…Baby One More Time” star has found a new home at the Axis Theatre at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas with her incredibly successful “Piece of Me” residency, which started in 2013 and has shows running up to February this year. Indeed, the star has set up such a home in Vegas, that she’s even been heavily involved charity work there, too.

However, it seems that after just over three years of being in one place Britney Spears is ready to tour again.
"I hope we can do some touring, the singer said to Think Magazine, talking about the upcoming year. "It’ll be fun to see my fans from overseas who haven’t been able to make it out to Las Vegas."
O-M-G! Given that Britney is performing at her best in years, we’d love to see what a new tour would look like. Perhaps we’d get to see her perform new songs from her latest album, or maybe we’d get a version of her greatest hits show (which is okay with us because it slays).
Britney also opened up about her two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, and how they’ve helped her see the big picture.
"I’ve been very hands-on with everything I’ve done since I had my children and it’s just really important for me to understand the big picture, she revealed. "Where everybody’s coming from from, what’s the real purpose of this shoot and this song, or whatever it is in that moment that I’m doing.
Tbh, we love that Britney is inspired by her children and they’ve helped her focus on what she feels is important in her career.
Hopefully, for our sakes, that means that she’s planning a blow out tour that we can all enjoy in 2017!
