Britney Spears writes a love letter to her LGBTQ fans, and we’re screaming YAS

Britney Spears is a longtime friend of the LGBTQ community, frequently speaking up for LGBTQ awareness and showing her support and adoration for the community. And now, Britney is taking the opportunity to thank them personally, penning a handwritten love letter to her LGBTQ fans.

The pop icon wrote a love letter to the LGBTQ community in honor of National LGBTQ Pride Month, and you might shed a tear while reading it.

According to Billboard, the magazine “asked numerous pop culture luminaries to write ‘love letters’ to the LGBTQ community” in honor of Pride Month, which is in June of each year.

A slew of musicians wrote letters for the series, including Barbra Streisand, Christina Aguilera, Céline Dion, Elton John, Kelly Clarkson, Selena Gomez, Sia, and many more. The site will share the letters throughout the month of June.

BreatheHeavy reports Britney was the only musician to actually hand write her letter because she’s a true angel of a human being.

Britney’s letter is truly touching and shows just how much her fans mean to her. She wrote about exactly how her LGBTQ fans have inspired her and her two sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston. If you cry a little, we won’t judge…we promise.
