Brie Larson proves we aren’t the only ones who avoid washing our hair after someone else styles it

Getting your hair done professionally à la celebs like Brie Larson is easily one of the greatest experiences a person can have. The relaxing feeling of someone else washing and styling while you sit back and drink a glass of wine (or two) is something everyone should experience at least once, even if it’s just having your sister style your hair for a day. While it’s an experience us non-celebs will have once in a lifetime, around awards season, celebrities get their hair professionally styled on the reg.

It turns out that, just like us, sometimes celebs love their professional styles so much that they have a hard time letting them go. To prove it, Brie Larson recently revealed on Instagram that she’s keeping her Golden Globes look for as long as possible.

Larson, who presented the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Drama to Manchester by the Sea’s Casey Affleck, looked stunning at the Golden Globes in red Rodarte gown paired with sleek, effortless hair we wouldn’t want to wash away. 

The actress, who won a Golden Globe (and an Academy Award) last year for her brilliant work in Room, brought her fiancée, musician Alexander Greenwald to the award ceremony. Since she’ll definitely be on hand to present at the Academy Awards next month, we’ll have to be on the lookout for the elegant style she’ll be bringing to the event. Hopefully she can stretch that ‘do out as well.
