You’ll never guess what Brie Larson said she wanted to be in her childhood yearbook
We are all guilty of having pretty ambitious career goals as kids. Maybe you wanted to be a marine biologist, an astronaut, or a queen who lives in a castle made out of chocolate chip cookies. Excuse us for being encouraged to dream big! Brie Larson also had extravagant ambitions when she was younger, though she actually made one of them come true.
Brie, who is reportedly in the running to play superhero Captain Marvel on the big screen, posted a #TBT photo of her old junior high (we’re guessing) yearbook which revealed her best memory (basketball tournament), favorite subject (poetry, art, chorale), and ambitions.
As you can see above, one of them was to be an Egyptologist, while the other was actress. Obviously, she achieved the latter goal, but if Brie wanted to pursue her dream of studying ancient Egyptian civilization for a living, she would probably have succeeded in that, too! As for those of us who want to live in a cookie castle, it’s never too late. Right?
Here are some other old photos of Brie that are sure to give her (and us) a fashion flashback.
This is Brie at the premiere of Crossroads in 2002. Do you think she got to hang with Britney Spears?
And at Hey Arnold!: The Movie that same year. All that is missing with her ‘do is butterfly clips!
Here she is at The Santa Clause 2.
And at the premiere of Agent Cody Banks in 2003.
