This body-positive Instagrammer reminded us that all bodies belong on the beach
As the weather gets warmer, we’re all getting ready to float around in the magical feelings summertime brings. Beaches, bikinis, and babes — we’re so ready. But for many of us, scrolling through our Instagram feeds may leave us a little self-conscious about not having the “perfect summer body.” Luckily, one of our favorite Brits and body-positive Instagrammer Megan Jayne Crabbe has an important reminder.
In a post on her @bodyposipanda Instagram account, the super inspirational Megan Crabbe (our best friend — in a perfect world) says,
“People of all shapes and sizes belong on the beach…”

The idea that we have to have the “perfect” look to enjoy ourselves, or to don our favorite bikinis, on the beach is just so ridiculous — and needs to be squashed. Human beings come in all shapes and sizes. And our bodies change and grow and shrink, but remain beautiful, at every stage, in every moment.
Needless to say, we’re so grateful for body-positive Instagrammers like Megan who continue to remind us, we’re just fine the way we are.
