Blue Ivy’s adorable red carpet dress actually costs more than some cars
She’s just five years old, but Blue Ivy’s fashion game is already on fleek. Need proof of that? Then look no further than her pretty fuchsia butterfly frock.
The darling daughter of Beyoncé and Jay-Z did her parents proud on Saturday night, attending grandma Tina Knowles’ Wearable Art Gala in a stunning getup. The pint-sized fashionista donned a luxe piece from the Mischka Aoki confection, aptly dubbed “Her Royal Highness.” The fuchsia number didn’t want for attention detail, with its satin fabric bejeweled in Swarovski crystals and adorned with butterflies.
And while little Blue Ivy’s dress is no doubt precious, the price tag isn’t exactly something you’ll be oohing and awwing over anytime soon, considering it’s somewhere between $8,405 to $10,637.
Wowza!
Okay, so not exactly bargainista friendly. But Blue’s entitled to a ~little~ #treatyoself love from her famous parents. And hey, at least the pricey dress looks lovely on her. Every girl deserves to feel like a princess sometimes, right?
“The fuchsia lustrous satin gem with richly [bejeweled] neckline and a tulip skirt, drowning in exuberant flowers and thousands of Swarovski Crystal, requiring hundreds of hours of painstaking handwork to complete,” Mischka Aoki’s website read of the resplendent little number.
Of course, Blue is no stranger to kiddy couture either, having rocked enviable ensembles on and off the red carpet from the time she could stand. But when you’ve got roles models like mama Beyoncé and auntie Solange to look up to, your fashion sense is pretty much guaranteed to be the stuff of sartorial stardom.
And clearly, little Blue ~rocked~ the dress like no other. Just look at her adorable pose and giant grin — she’s a regular red carpet pro!
