This photo of Blake Lively dressed as an “Alice in Wonderland” character is all we need to get through today

Sometimes, all it takes is one really solid throwback picture to make our day. And that’s exactly how we feel about Blake Lively’s (latest) funny Instagram snap. Because she and her friend once dressed up as Tweedledee and Tweedledum, and they clearly had the best time doing it.

Lively posted the photo in honor of her oldest friend’s birthday (not to be confused with eldest friend). She wrote, “Thank you for being the dee to my dum(b) for 19 YEARS now!! My best friend. My oldest friend☺️. My sister. My tower. Happy ??? Burrday @brittneynicole____ I love you more than you know (because it would give you too big ‘a head) ?????”

We’re not exactly sure why Lively and her friend Brittney Nicole wore the Alice in Wonderland character costumes, but we’re glad they did.

Lively has proven her excellent friendship skills time and time again. Like the time she attended her assistant-turned-bestie Jessica Snyder’s wedding just days after giving birth to her second child.

We don’t know about you guys, but we probably wouldn’t be attending anyone’s wedding in the same week we gave birth to a human baby. And that’s exactly why Lively is the epitome of an incredible friend. She supports her friends by lovingly wishing them a happy birthday on social media, as well as literally showing up for them when it matters most.
