This lipstick collection releasing on Black Friday is a must for brown skin tones
When you hear “nude,” what color comes to mind?
Well, unfortunately the fashion and beauty standard limits “nude” to a peachy beige. Lip colors in shades of brown that flatter deeper skin tones are few and far between, so when we come across one on our radar, it’s a pretty big deal.
In one of the rare moments when the Instagram Explore page proved useful, we came across B’ellegant Cosmetics and instantly fell in love. B’ellegant is cruelty-free and vegan (except for one highlighter that has traces of carmine). The brand has several super pigmented shadows, but what really caught our eye was their Melted Chocolate collection set to drop on Black Friday.
Whether B’ellegant meant to or not, they just released a gorgeous array of brown skin-friendly nudes. These satin shades are chocolate-scented, limited edition, and will be sold as a bundle. Since their other satin liquid lipsticks retail for $12, we’re guessing this set of five shades will be priced somewhere around 60 bucks.
We’re looking forward to mixing the shades to get the perfect skin-matching hue. (And adding a few of their other lip shades to cart, too. ‘Cuz why not?)
