Black Friday Deals, HelloGiggles Style!

Whether you’re getting a head start on holiday shopping or just looking to re-vamp your wardrobe, kitchen, or life, here are some awesome deals both online and in stores. I know I hate just showing up at a store on Friday and not knowing exactly what I want because I’m more likely to get stuff that I don’t actually need. Take a look at what is being offered and if you like what you see, we encourage you to visit the store’s websites! Black Friday is super hectic. We want you to be prepared.

For kitchen appliances, I found some really cool deals at Macy’s and Fab

Cuisinart Coffee Maker, $89.99 (Reg.$129.99) at Macy’s

I may always destroy the name whenever I say it, but Cuisinart has some quality products at a reasonable price. I have gone through two coffeemakers in the last three years. Not okay. I actually bought this same coffee maker half a year ago because I was so sick of my coffee either spilling all over the counter or brewing lukewarm every morning. It’s a little bit more expensive than Mr. Coffee or Hamilton Beach, but it’s so worth it. This Cuisinart coffee maker brews super hot coffee that stays hot, comes with a built-in filter, and has lasted me thus far with no problems whatsoever.

Teatanic 2 Pack, $19.50 (Reg. $33.50), at Fab

Is this not utterly genius? Okay, infusers have existed for awhile, but not ones that are shaped like the Titanic! This is a must for any tea or Titanic fanatic (preferably both).

Juiceman Juicer All-in-one-Juicer Extractor, $69.99 (Reg. $99.99) at Macy’s

I have this exact juicer and I love it. It’s extremely easy to use and doesn’t make a mess. Juicers are perfect for getting rid of all that produce you bought at the beginning of the week when you promised yourself to eat more healthy food but failed. Just throw it in your juicer and avoid wasting food!

Luckily, Black Friday isn’t just about cheap televisions and blenders. These stores have some amazing deals on clothes.

Author Your Ensemble Dress, $55.99 (Reg. $79.99) at Modcloth

This is for all you writers and teachers out there. I know I absolutely need to buy this dress because it’s adorable and looks super comfy.

Women’s Double-Breasted Wool-Blend Coat, $55.00 (Reg. $64.94) at Old Navy

I don’t have this exact coat, but I do have a black peacoat from Old Navy that I bought during my sophomore year of college. So that’s four years ago! It’s still in perfect condition and it’s super warm. Old Navy is having a super sale (30% of all items) on Black Friday, so if you’re looking for basics at a cheap price, I would check out Oldnavy.gap.com

Polka Dot Pleated Pleated Keyhole Fit and Flare Dress, $44.00 (Reg. $88.00) at Express

Right now, everything at Express is 50% off! I mean, I was literally drooling as I scrolled through their winter collection knowing I can finally afford a single Express cardigan. This polka dot dress caught my eye because it’s bright and I can wear it on any occasion, including a holiday party.

Prose Amongst Bows Skirt, $27.99 (Reg. $39.99) at Modcloth

I love this skirt because I can wear it to work or out on a date. It’s just the right amount of fancy, and the green is just beautiful.

What are the holidays for if not treating yourself to some new makeup? Sephora and The Body Shop are having some badass deals, so be sure to scope out what they have to offer.

The Body Shop’s Black Friday deal is getting to choose any 3 items for $30! Here are my favorite picks:

Pink Grapefruit Body Butter, $10 (Reg. $20) at The Body Shop

If you need a moisturizer that does the job and then some, this is a really good choice. This body butter smells exactly like fresh squeezed grapefruit juice and makes my skin feel rejuvenated and super, super soft.

Lip & Cheek Stain, $10 (Reg. $14),at The Body Shop

I love this lip and cheek stain because it’s the perfect pink for when I’m just wearing eyeliner and don’t feel like doing anything very bold. It adds just the right amount of color to both lips and cheeks, and I love makeup products that are a 2-in-1!

Ginger Sparkle Heart Soap, $4, at The Body Shop

This bar of soap is pretty cheap anyway, but I just wanted to share The Body Shop’s adorable seasonal collection. Unlike a lot of holiday-scented lotions and candles, I think this soap actually smells like gingerbread, not old butter.

Sephora’s deals are phenomenal, and you can check out more of them on their Pinterest board. Here are some of my picks:

MiaFirst Clarisonic , $99 (Reg.125) at, Sephora

I have been saving up for a Clarisonic because I hear it’s a total game changer. My skin is a combination of oily and dry, which is the worst; I can never win. Using a Clarisonic helps exfoliate and wash skin in a gentle way that helps create a fresher, more radiant face. They’re usually super expensive (I’ve seen ones going for $300), so this is a really good deal. Also, I’ve read through the reviews and all customers seem to be very happy with this product. Win!

Sephora Desert Collection Eyeshadow and Brush Palette, $10, (Reg, $16) at Sephora

I’ve always been told that the smartest thing you can do when choosing eyeshadows is pick a set or a duo. This collection of eyeshadows are gorgeous and the bolder, darker colors are perfect for the fall and winter. If you have any doubts about the Sephora brand, I can vouch for it. I have a few eyeshadow palettes that are similar and the quality is just as amazing and long-lasting as any other brand, except much cheaper.

bareMinerals Pretty Amazing Lipgloss Duo, $10 (Reg. $20), Sephora

I love all of my bareMineral products, so when I saw this glossy pairing on sale, I immediately added it to my cart. They’re a little bit brighter that what I would normally wear in the fall (I normally do pink shades in spring and summer), but I think a little color is good for everyone once it starts becoming gross outside. Plus, these pretty shades can work for everyone and aren’t too overwhelming. These glosses are perfect for the people who aren’t ready to commit to a lipstick, but still want just the right amount of color.

Here are some marked down accessories that are totally adorable as well as reasonably priced. Gotta love Black Friday.

Kate Spade New York Mikas Pond Stacy Wallet, $70 (Reg. $100),at Amazon

If you’re a sucker for designer, Amazon has some magnificent deals throughout the week, so I would start looking today! I love this Kate Spade wallet because even though it’s gold, it’s not gaudy and it’s big enough to fit all of my cards, cash, and IDs. Plus, it’s gorgeous.

Betsey Johnson “60s Mod” Sunglasses Two Finger Stretch Ring, $18.53 (Reg. $45), at Amazon

I love rings and I love Betsey Johnson’s 80s flare. This ring is a steal!

Plum & Bow Unicorn Ringer Holder, $9 (this could go down more), Urban Outfitters

My personal experience with Urban Outfitters is that on Black Friday, all of the sale items are marked down even more. So this $9 ring holder (which can perfectly hold your Betsey Johnson ring) might even go down to $5.

New shoes always make life a little bit more wonderful, right? These are some sweet finds.

Nine West Women’s Valcaria Riding Boot, $89.50-$129.50 (Reg. $179), Amazon

Amazon’s selection of boots is killer this year, and these happen to be on sale. I have ones similar to these, except a little bit lighter. Riding boots are perfect for chilly weather, and I love how comfortable and classy they are.

Plain Clog Navy, $146 (Reg. $225),at Fab

I love how clogs are having a fashion moment right now! I love anything 90s, and these are it. They’re a little bit pricy even after the price slash, but if I’m going to buy clogs, I want them to be comfortable and last a long time.

Beautiful Adventure Pillowcases, $19 (Reg. $34),at Urban Outfitters

Okay, pillowcases aren’t exactly accessories and I know there is no reason why you should be spending almost 20 dollars on pillowcases, but these are so cool! They make you want to get away and be adventurous and if there is something that I love, it’s apartment decor that makes me feel like an adventurous person (that never really leaves her apartment).

Deux Lux Tate Tote Bag, $69.99 (Reg. $130),at Urban Outfitters

I have so many boring purses, and I vowed to buy myself some brightly colored bags that can make my overall appearance seem more interesting and colorful. This tote is big, a trait which I require of a bag because wherever I go I’m carrying my laptop, 30-60 student papers or homework assignments, and at least ten lip balms. So, yeah. I need a big bag.

Vintage Icon Watch Antique Car, $28 (Reg. $47.49), at Fab

If you’re looking for a good gift for your boyfriend, guy friend, or brother, Fab has some perfect boy stuff for sale. This watch is one of them, although I would totally wear it myself.
