Bite Beauty’s limited-edition Edgy Neutral Amuse Bouche Lipsticks were created with concealer in mind
If you’re into the look of a flesh tone lip color, Bite Beauty’s newest concealer-inspired lipsticks are for you. The innovative brand continues to blow our minds with their crazy, cool lip products like their agave lip scrub. But, this collection is really making our jaws drop.
Have you ever been watching a makeup tutorial where the artist preps her lips with concealer and thought, “Hey, that actually looks pretty cool?” While the muted look is modern and fresh, those of us who have tried to actually wear concealer as lipstick can tell ya, it doesn’t feel very pleasant. Oh, and if the formula is on the thick side, just forget it. It settles in lines and gets wrinkly in seconds. (Not, like cool Angelina Jolie lip wrinkles. Think Halloween.)
Some have had luck creating their own lipsticks with concealer and lip balm but it’s still a struggle for most of us. That’s why we’re beyond excited that Bite Beauty solved all of our concealer lip problems.

At first glance Bite Beauty’s Edgy Neutral collection looks like a pretty solid array of nude lip shades. In an Instagram post, founder Susanne Langmuir mentioned her inspiration for the shades.

She writes:
"I noticed girls in our studio applying concealer to their lips — and I thought this looked fresh and interesting."
The Edgy Neutrals are available at Sephora.com for $26 each and will hit stores soon. We’ve already got pics of two of the shades in action.

A brilliant combo.
There goes our New Year’s resolution to buy fewer lipsticks. Oh well, six days was a pretty good stretch.
