For every trend, there’s a counter trend. Athleisure and romanticism are both happening rn, as are neutrals and bold, striking hues. The same goes for makeup. After seasons of muted mattes, the statement lip is back and better than ever.
Glitter lips are infiltrating my IG feed and I’m not mad about it. Maybe ’cause it’s a sign that the holidays are approaching or maybe it’s the instinctual draw of humans to sparkly things (it all goes back to our search for water during evolution), but glitter lips get my vote.
