The 7 Best-Dressed Celebs at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards

Like everything right now, the Billboard Music Awards looked a little different in 2020. After being postponed from its original April 29th date due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 BBMAs aired last night, October 14th. The ceremony was partly live, with host Kelly Clarkson and other celebs appearing at the empty Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, and it included some pre-taped musical performances.
For the awards, Post Malone was the big winner of the night, but when it came to fashion, a lot of musicians and celebs had our vote. See our picks for the best-dressed celebs at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards red carpet and on stage.

Kelly Clarkson
As the hostess with the mostess, Kelly Clarkson had several outfit changes, but this gold gown and cape made our jaws drop. Talk about a golden goddess; we bow down, Kelly.

Lizzo
Speaking of bowing down. Lizzo, who has never shied away from making a red-carpet statement, used her 2020 BBMAs look to get out the call to vote. (Which we echo: Find out everything you need on how to vote in 2020 here.) Lizzo also took home the Top Song Sales Artist Award.

Billie Eilish
We respect a woman who knows her style, and Billie Eilish always dresses to impress while staying true to herself. Sticking with custom Gucci, as she does, Eilish wore a head-to-toe (to mask) floral jacquard ensemble that nicely matched her three trophies from her three wins of the night.

Lil Nas X
If Lil Nas X is on the red carpet, you know he is going to bring it. Like Eilish, the three-time winner of the night wore a green Gucci suit, and many fans seemed to think he was channeling the late icon Prince with his whole look. No matter what, Lil Nas X was a bright spot, literally and figuratively.

Nicole Richie
Nicole Richie showed up at the 2020 BBMAs in the opposite of a simple black dress. The Christian Siriano gown was was sheer, 3-D floral, one-shoulder, and had a cut-out. Yet, it wasn’t too much, and she slayed in it.
