Beyoncé sent Lady Gaga the most practical gift during her fibromyalgia battle
There’s nothing we love more than seeing celebs supporting other celebs during tough times, so we are thrilled that Beyoncé sent Lady Gaga a gift amid her fibromyalgia battle, proving that these music icons (and longtime pals) are there for each other in times of need.
Earlier this month, Lady Gaga revealed she’s been battling fibromyalgia for years in her new Netflix documentary, Gaga: Five Foot Two. She shed light on how she manages chronic pain and the importance of self-care, even when you’re touring the world and managing a hectic schedule.
And now Gaga just revealed that she has support from her friend Queen Bey, and the gift she sent her is the sweetest (and most practical!) thing ever.
Lady Gaga posted a selfie to Instagram, in which she wears an Ivy Park hoodie from Beyoncé’s athleisure line and reveals that Bey sent her the sweatshirt and a gorgeous bouquet of roses, which brightened her mood on a tough day.
Gaga said that she loved the hoodie because it “keeps me warm outside in a hammock so I can be [with] the trees, and the sky, and the sun and take deep breaths. Feel so lucky to have so much love.”
In a second post, Gaga shared a shot of the stunning floral arrangement, thanking Beyoncé and explaining what she means to her.
In her caption, Gaga wrote: "If I hadn't seen your videos on TV at grandmas house after I got dropped from def jam records, I would have given up. You inspire us all. The dream you embody kept me going."
We absolutely love that these two support each other, and think it’s truly touching that Bey sent such a cozy gift. We continue to send so many good vibes Gaga’s way.
