Beyoncé and Megan Thee Stallion’s “Savage” remix benefits a charity close to their hearts
Yesterday, April 29th, Beyoncé put new meaning to Megan Thee Stallion’s lyrics, “I’m a savage.” The artists teamed up to release a remix of Stallion’s “Savage,” which went viral on TikTok. Though the drop of their remix is an act of charity for fans as is, Bey and Stallion pledged to donate all proceeds from the song to Bread of Life, a disaster relief organization that is currently working to provide meals to Houston-area families affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Beyoncé and Megan are both from the Houston area.
“I’m literally crying ? being from HOUSTON MF TEXAS this shit means EVERYTHING to me !!!!” Megan Thee Stallion captioned an Instagram post announcing the collaboration. “SAVAGE REMIX FT THE QUEEN @BEYONCE OUT NOW! All the artist proceeds of the song goes to @breadoflifehou to support our city during this pandemic! ?????? HOTTIES WE UP.”

As if we needed a better reason to keep “Savage” (feat. Beyoncé) on repeat.
I didn’t think this song could get any better….enter @Beyonce! AND the proceeds will benefit Bread of Life's Houston COVID-19 relief efforts! ❤️❤️❤️ #SavageRemix https://t.co/FJ62RMkGVL

Last year, Stallion gave us our anthem, “Hot Girl Summer.” And if we’re able to go outside again, surely “Savage Remix” will be the only bop we listen to. It’s a dose of confidence that takes four minutes to consume, and we might need to thank Blue Ivy for making this remix happen.
Remember when?

Buy the track and keep it streaming. The more we listen to Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé on repeat, the more we help Bread of Life bring meals to families in need. Your dance party is practically mandatory with this news.
