We can’t stop watching this ***flawless choreography to Beyoncé’s “Formation”

Last week, Beyoncé dropped the music video for her surprise new single “Formation” — and the Internet immediately had a meltdown. The video is a celebration of black girl magic and the ultimate ode to Bey’s roots; and the song might just be one of her most important yet. Of course, when a great new song comes out, a ton of great choreography from dance studios around the world is quick to follow. But nothing compares to this “Formation” choreography by Wildabeast Adams and filmed by Tim Milgram.

If the studio looks familiar, that’s because it’s home to some of the most viral dance routines of all time. (If you haven’t seen their version of Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” or Missy Elliott’s “WTF (Where They From)”, do yourself a favor and let yourself be awestruck.) Watching their dance to “Formation,” it’s obvious there’s quite a hub of talent over there — and I’m pretty sure this dance is more athletic than anything I’ve ever done in my entire life.
