Beyoncé and Balmain are releasing a capsule collection inspired by her Coachella outfits

If you’re one of the many fans who fell head-over-heels in love with Beyoncé’s Coachella ensembles, then we have fantastic news for you. The singer is partnering with Balmain on a three-piece capsule collection based on her Coachella looks. The collection launches on Friday, July 13th at Balmain’s flagship store in Paris.  On July 14th, it will be on both Balmain and Beyoncé’s site, so you don’t have to wait much longer to make it all yours. The best part is that not only will you be able to dress like our queen B, but the proceeds from the collection will benefit the United Negro College Fund.

According to Vogue.com, the line will feature yellow and pink sweatshirts from the performance as well as a black T-shirt with a sorority-inspired graphic. Balmain’s creative director, Olivier Rousteing, created Beyoncé and her dancers’ Coachella looks by taking inspiration from the marching band uniforms of America’s historically Black colleges and universities. The partnership with the United Negro College Fund is especially poignant; it’s an awesome way for the performance to come full circle.

In an interview with Vogue.com, Rousteing talks about the moment Beyoncé came up with the collaboration. He said:

"When she saw all the dancers loving the outfit – and she was loving her own outfit – she realized that what we were creating on stage for her, for all the dancers, was something really impactful."

During her Coachella performance, Beyoncé paid homage to an important piece of American culture.

Afterward, she made a personal donation of $100,000 to four HBCUs. This is clearly a cause that is close to her heart.

The capsule collection ranges from $290 for the tee and $550 to $1,790 for the sweatshirts, according to Vogue.com.

Keep those eyes peeled, because without a doubt this is one collaboration that won’t be on shelves long.
