Betty White calls men a “hobby” of hers and now we love her even more
Just when you thought she couldn’t be any better, Betty White calls men a “hobby” and our love for her continues to grow.
The 94-year-old actress is one of the best known, and most iconic ladies in Hollywood, but that doesn’t mean she can get any man she wants. In fact, White revealed that she’s currently seeking a man — well not really, but she wouldn’t turn down a date if it came her way.
In an interview with Today’s Al Roker on Thursday, White opened up about her dating life and explained that it is pretty non-existent, which the Golden Girls alum would love to change.
"Nobody asks me," she told Roker. "Who's going to wanna ask out a 94-year-old woman? It just doesn't happen."
Roker suggested 94-year-old men as possible suitors and tried to assure White that people were definitely interested to which she replied, “Well, how old are you?”
Oh, Betty, how we love your sense of humor!
White has definitely found love along the way in her life, being married three times, her last of which was to TV host Allen Ludden for 18 years until his death in 1981.
The Proposal star then revealed which TV character she’s most like in her day-today, saying she’s more like her Mary Tyler Moore Show persona, Sue Ann Niven, than Golden Girls character Rose Nylund.
Why you ask? Because Sue Ann Nivens "liked men and so does Betty," White said.
White continued to talk about men saying, "It's a hobby of mine. They might not know it, though."
Seriously, could this woman get any more amazing? Betty, we just love you.
