It’s no secret that Queen Bey fans are passionate people…and so are country music lovers. So of course, the Twitter reactions to Beyonce’s CMA performance were kinda newsworthy in and of themselves. Because what else can you expect when she performs “Daddy Lessons” with the Dixie Chicks (who are on tour for the first time in 10 years)?
Beyoncé has had a truly stellar year (Lemonade was almost too much for us to handle), and what we love so much about this is that she’s willing to rock out and show her appreciation for a genre completelty different from what she usually works within. Plus, the CMA performance couldn’t have come at a better time; just as we’re welcoming the holidays (yeah, we know it’s November, but the holidays are almost here).
