Aww, Benedict Cumberbatch will be welcoming Baby #2!

Benedict Cumberbatch has been all over the place recently. Not only has he been busy promoting Dr. Strange, he’s also secretly getting ready for a brand new addition to his household — his wife, Sophie Hunter, just announced that she’s pregnant with their second child!

Marrying on Valentine’s Day in 2015 — since they’re super romantic — they welcomed baby Christopher, who they call Kit, into the family just four months later. While both children will be pretty close in age, we have a feeling that Kit is getting ready to be the best big brother ever. And of course, Cumberbatch is just a natural at being a dad.

"Having a baby — it’s massive, he said to Vanity Fair for his November cover story. “Suddenly I understood my parents much more profoundly than I ever had before."

E! News exclusively broke the news first, noting that Cumberbatch’s rep said that “Everyone is absolutely thrilled” regarding the new arrival. We’re sure that Cumberbatch and Hunter will definitely have their hands full when Baby #2 arrives.

Cumberbatch and Hunter might also need to partake in a libation or two to help ease the stress. Speaking of drinks, right before Kit’s birth, it was reported that Cumberbatch celebrated with his co-star from The Imitation Game, Allen Leech. The two ordered margaritas, because — hey, why not?

"I saw him and we had a little celebration," Leech said. "I think we celebrated with a margarita...I don't know why we had margaritas. I suppose we sampled everything else on the menu."

Let’s hope that the tradition was kept alive for this announcement! You can celebrate on your own by catching Dr. Strange in theaters on November 4th.
