Ben & Jerry’s is introducing three low-calorie flavors, and we’ll take all of them, thank you

While they add new items to their product line all the time, Ben & Jerry’s just introduced low-calorie ice cream to the mix — for the first time ever. The company has added three new flavors under the “Moo-Phoria” label.

Instead of a half-cup of ice cream coming in at around 250 calories, the Moo-Phoria trio has a calorie count of 140 to 160 calories, depending on the flavor.

But even more importantly, they still apparently taste great.

The lowest-calorie option, with 140 calories per serving, is called Chocolate Milk & Cookies, and it includes chocolate chip cookies mixed into chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Coming in at 150 calories is Caramel Cookie Fix, which includes salted caramel chunks and shortbread cookies in a vanilla ice cream base.

If you’re a fan of peanut butter, you’ll dig the 160-calorie P.B. Dough flavor, which is chocolate ice cream with chocolate chip peanut butter dough. Sounds like the perfect way to end the week (and start the week. And middle the week).

This isn’t the only big news coming from Ben & Jerry’s in recent weeks. They’ve also released two new non-dairy flavors for ice cream lovers who can’t tolerate dairy. Their Peanut Butter Half Baked and Cinnamon Buns non-dairy ice creams are made with almond milk.

As far as we’re concerned, the more ways to enjoy Ben & Jerry’s, the better.
