Ben Affleck snuck Matt Damon onto “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”
Matt Damon and Ben Affleck might just be the ultimate BFFs, and what do BFFs do? They sneak each other onto talk shows. Ben Affleck was slated to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live for the special Oscars show, but he didn’t want to do it alone, so he brought Matt along in a super sneaky way.
When Jimmy introduced Ben, the actor came out looking a little different. He was wearing a giant coat wrapped around a belly that seemed to have tripled in size.
“You look healthy,” Jimmy commented, referring to Ben’s added bulk.
“Well, you know, you do the superhero movie, you get muscle, then the muscle turns to fat,” Ben explained. “It’s an on and off cycle.”
Jimmy wasn’t convinced, and rightly so. After prodding at Ben’s stomach, he found that it wasn’t his stomach at all, but instead Matt Damon, who had snuck onto the show under Ben’s coat.
Jimmy was furious, but we were delighted. While the three of them might not be able to get along, the stunt was totally worth it, even just to remind us that Matt and Ben are the ultimate duo, and that they still have some amazing tricks up their sleeves.
