Bella Hadid just scored a spot in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show
The unstoppable Bella Hadid has climbed yet another rung on the ladder to fashion model dominance. On Tuesday, her makeup artist revealed that Bella had scored a coveted spot in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show.
In a late-night Instagram post, Vincent Oquendo congratulated the 20-year-old model on getting into the show, a feat that Bella’s older sister Gigi Hadid and other models of their generation — including the likes of Kendall Jenner and Romee Strijd — have achieved in recent years.
“Congrats my little baby bells on getting Victoria’s Secret!” Oquendo wrote alongside a photo of an underwear-clad Bella. He added, “It’s been a beautiful ride so far and I can’t wait to see what’s next!”
While neither Bella nor Victoria’s Secret have yet to officially announce the news, Harper’s Bazaar reports that Jen Waldman of VS shared an Instagram post this week of herself and the model captioned “One of us made the fashion show cut,” a pretty obvious giveaway. (Waldman reportedly turned her Instagram account private on Wednesday after news outlets began sharing the news about Bella.)
For the brand’s part, the Victoria’s Secret Instagram account posted this mysterious photo of a shadowed model with the question, “Future #VSFashionShow runway star right here. Any guesses who?”
