Nail art has been getting ~super high tech~ lately, and we love that. However, we’ve also seen some pretty wacky nail trends over the past few years — some of which we’ve grown to love, and others of which have never quite fully caught on. Take, for example, the furry nail trend, which seem like they could get dirty far too easily (also how do you shower with those things? and do you blow dry them?). And then there were bubble nails, which look almost like nails a cartoon character would have — they’re kind of fun to look at, but practical? Maybe not. But then the ombré nail trend came around and saved us all — they’re beautiful and low-key enough to be wearable, but they’re still pretty special.

Now, we have snow globe nails, and at first, we didn’t even know what that meant. Snow globes painted on nails? Abstract glitter on nails? Neither, actually. They’re literally nails with snow globes ON them!

Here’s what they look like:

What do you think, would you try this trend? They’re kind of pretty, but then again, they also kind of look like… beautiful snails? And they seem a little bit inconvenient and out of season. They might be great for winter, but then again, they’d also be really hard to fit in winter gloves! The jury is out over here, so let us know in the comments what you think.
