All masks are not created equal. Cosmetic face masks come in many options, fresh or preserved, jar or tube. You can also get mess free sheet masks that are single use. While some face masks help your complexion overall, most are designed to target specific concerns. Different ingredients have different super powers, and to achieve the outcome you want, it is important to understand how key factors in a mask will work toward your solution.

It is the middle of winter and most of us are fighting dry skin caused by the wind and cold weather. The best remedies for this are soothing oats and moisturizing oils. It also helps to use a mask (or cleanser beforehand) with exfoliating properties. Scrubbing off the layer of old skin cells helps reveal your new skin and regenerated cells. The weather can be totally harsh, but with the right mask, your skin can look as fresh as spring!

With natural oils and ingredients, these masks will have you feeling better by the new year!
