No matter your Myers-Briggs personality type, Sephora has a highlighter for you.

The what now? The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a questionnaire that reveals the personality characteristics of individuals. The test was created in the 1940s by Katharine Cook Briggs and her daughter Isabel Briggs Myers to assist women entering the workforce during WWII to find the best jobs for their personality. (Um, how cool and feminist is that???)

The assessment uses eight types of cognitive functions or learning styles to determine which of 16 types a person falls into. The types are Extraversion/Introversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, and Judging/Perceiving. A professional can administer the assessment, but there are tons of places online to take the test for yourself.

The pursuit of self-knowledge is always a fascinating one. While it’s helpful for things like figuring out career paths and relationship dynamics, it’s also fun to think about lighter topics. Like which highlighter you should buy from Sephora, of course.

Read on to find your type’s perfect glow.
