DIY Lavender Lotion

Yield: 3-4 jars


1/4 cup melted beeswax1/4 cup melted shea butter1/4 cup liquid coconut oil1/2 cup jojoba oil1/2 cup sweet almond oilSeveral drops lavender oilSeveral drops Chamomile essential oilSeveral drops ylang-ylang oil1 tsp. Vitamin E oilSeveral drops purple soap coloring1/2 cup warm waterMason jars (for packaging) Directions:Combine the beeswax, shea butter and coconut oil into a bowl, and blend for 2 to 3 minutes on medium-high.Add jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, the essential oils and Vitamin E to mixture and stir.In a separate bowl, dilute several drops of purple soap coloring in the warm water. Stir and let sit until the color is evenly dispersed through the mixture.Add the soap coloring mixture to the lotion batter and blend until the color lotion is even throughout and the texture is smooth.Spoon lotion into mason jars and store in cool, dry space.
