Ashlee Simpson is giving us major Olsen twins fashion vibes right now
When it comes to that bewitching, bohemian look that captures the hearts and closets of the fashionable set every few seasons, few do it better than Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen. For the uninitiated, that means: lots of black, billowing silhouettes that almost completely cloak your figure, midi to floor-grazing lengths, silky fabrics, and an all-around Stevie Nicks-esque vibe.
They execute it flawlessly at high-fashion events again and again, but it looks like an unexpected style star is giving them a run for their billions — none other than former pop princess Ashlee Simpson. At the God vs. Trump Los Angeles Premiere, the blonde beauty was arm-in-arm with husband Evan Ross in an ensemble that she clearly pulled from the closets of our our favorite fashionable twosome.
A fluid, black sheer dress was on the agenda for Simpson — accented with a maxi length and low-cut neckline. She accessorized her vintage-inspired ensemble with black cutout sandals and a floral embroidered bag.
Her long blonde waves, barely-there makeup, and strong brows made us do a double-take for the Olsen duo too.
