Ariana Grande’s Manchester benefit concert may already have a date, and it’s really soon

A suicide bomber shook the world by launching a terrorist attack at an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena last week. Now, the pop star is working her hardest to share the love.

She posted a heartfelt note on Instagram a couple of days ago. In it, she vowed to return to Manchester to spend time with her fans and put on a benefit concert.

Understandably, Ariana’s Dangerous Woman tour is now on hold.

But it seems that benefit show might be happening far sooner than we thought.

TMZ reports that the concert is being planned for Sunday, June 4. And it’s amazing to hear that the singer isn’t wasting any time honoring the memories and spirit of the victims.

Apparently, Ariana and manager Scooter Braun have been reaching out to musicians to book them for the special performance next weekend. While it won’t take place at the Manchester Arena, there are three other venues being considered for the Live Nation show.

However, until Ariana confirms that date, we won’t be sure if these details are accurate or not. Props to her for spreading a message of love in the face of a truly terrifying tragedy. And we so admire her for continuing to be brave in the face of unspeakable heartbreak.
