Ariana Grande describes her three types of fans and we are all of them

Fans of Ariana Grande, or “Arianators,” as they’ve named themselves, are obviously very caring and protective of their idol. Luckily, the feeling is mutual. As Ariana told Jimmy Kimmel last night, she loves her fans and wants to make them proud. She likes to meet as many of them as possible, and through that, she’s noticed that they fall into one of three categories.

The first group is super confident. They come in knowing exactly what they want, they pose, and they even throw in a “yaaaaas, girl” for good measure.

The second group immediately begins weeping, unable to process that they’re meeting their biggest icon.

The third completely can’t, they lose the ability to even. They go silent and still and usually their parents have to prod them forward so they can do what they waited so long for in line.

To be honest, we’d probably do all of these things at once if we ever were lucky enough to meet the “Problem” singer and all-over superstar. That’s okay, because Ariana is super chill about all of it, proving time and time again that her fans picked the right person to adore.
