Ariana Grande shared an emotional message to fans before resuming her world tour
Ahead of resuming her “Dangerous Woman World Tour,” Ariana Grande shared an emotional message to fans, and it’s got us welling up.
The singer, of course, took a break from the European leg of her world tour after a terrorist attack at her show in Manchester left 22 people dead and many more injured. The singer announced that she would be cancelling several shows and resuming the tour on June 7th in Paris, France.
Just before restarting her tour, Ariana hosted a benefit concert back in Manchester over the weekend to support the victims of May’s attack, and it was so wonderful and awe-inspiring. The singer was joined by fellow artists Katy Perry, Niall Horan, Take That, Robbie Williams, the Black Eyed Peas, Liam Gallagher, Coldplay, and Miley Cyrus, who performed a moving duet with Ariana. Not only that, but Ariana also visited those individuals who were still in hospital following the tragic and terrible attack at her concert.
Now Ariana Grande has resumed her “Dangerous Woman World Tour,” but not before sending another moving message to fans.
On Instagram the singer shared a picture of the Eiffel Tower with this caption:
"First show back tonight. Thinking of our angels every step of the way. I love you with all my heart. ☁️ ♡ 🙏🏼 Grateful for and incredibly proud of my band, dancers and entire crew. I love you I love you."
In another picture from the concert, Ariana shared how grateful she was to be back performing.
She also shared a fan-recorded video from the night, featuring her performing her track “Sometimes” as her fans sing along.
Ariana recently released a live album from the One Love Manchester benefit concert, which is currently available to stream online. Included in the album are the singer’s renditions of “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” and “One Last Time,” which has also been re-released as a charity single to raise money for those affected by the terrible events in Manchester.
We have to say, it takes courage for Ariana to continue, and we wish her happiness and safety on the remainder of her tour. Love you, girl!
