Ariana Grande does an un-freaking-believable impression of Jennifer Lawrence

Last night Ariana Grande showed the world she’s concealing some serious impersonation skills beneath that high-ponytail.

While hosting Saturday Night Live, the 22 year-old former Nickelodeon star did a Jennifer Lawrence impression and it was un-freaking-believable. In a Family Feud sketch, Grande donned a short blonde wig, a “Jennifer” name tag and a white sleeveless blouse, but it was dropping her voice a few octaves lower and speaking in that infamously casual, brutally honest way that was such a dead-wringer for the Oscar-winning actress.

“I’m just like a snack-a-holic, I mean, I love Pringles. If no one’s looking, I’ll eat, like a whole can. Like, every day is my cheat day, you know what I mean?” Grande as J-Law said while answering the question, Name a Bad Habit That You Just Can’t Quit.

Grande got to show off her impersonation skills in another sketch in which she played a Tidal intern, who after a system failure has to step in and perform as Britney Spears, Rihanna, Celine Dion, Whitney Huston and more. Her ability to quickly go from a Britney moan to belting out a Whitney high-note was extremely impressive. No wonder #AriannaonSNL was trending for hours after.
