Ariana Grande fans have created a #ThisIsNotYourFaultAriana hashtag after the Manchester attack

To say that Ariana Grande adores her fans is a flat-out understatement, so it’s not surprising that her millions of fans around the world are rallying around her in the wake of the devastating Manchester terrorist attack. Ariana’s fans (also known as the Arianators) have just created the hashtag #ThisIsNotYourFaultAriana to remind her that she should in no way feel responsible for the tragic event.

In the hours after the attack, Ariana took to Twitter to express her condolences, and her fans are using the same platform to express their support of her, proving that their fandom and love of Ariana is so much stronger than the hatred of terrorists.

Ariana has since returned to her hometown in Florida, but her fans are doing everything they can to make sure she feels as loved and supported as possible. Aside from the hashtags like #ThisIsNotYourFaultAriana, #ArianaStayStrong, and #StayStrongAriana, they’ve created a pink and black ribbon with Ariana’s signature bunny ears to support not only the singer but the victims, concert attendees, and their friends and family, who are dealing with the aftermath of the attack.

It can be tough for people (especially young people) to know how to express their grief in the aftermath of horrific events such as these, so we’re truly touched to see them supporting not just their idol, but each other, and the victims of the event via social media. It’s a small but important gesture as the world tries to understand and heal, and every single tweet matters.
