Ariana Grande casually pulled off that near-disaster at the BMAs
Ariana Grande can handle everything you throw at her. Releasing an album to the top of the charts? Check. Performing at the Grammys? Check. Handling a near-death experience on the red carpet like a pro? Check.
Okay, maybe it wasn’t quite a near-death experience. But still, it could have been bad. Last night at the Billboard Music Awards, Ariana trotted over to E! News’ Sibley Scoles for a quick chat on live TV. But as she was stepping up to meet her, she lost her footing and almost fell off the platform.
Luckily, Sibley was there to catch her, gorgeous blue dress and all.
“Oh sweet Jesus! I made it!” Ariana exclaimed. “I almost broke my ass.”
“If that’s not an entrance, I don’t know what is!” Sibley replied. Phew. That was a close one!
