1 1/2 tbsp unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Spoon mixture into pie crusts then set in fridge and let cool until solid (at least 2 hours).

Bourbon Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp bourbon

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a medium bowl and use a hand mixer to whip until small peaks form.
Dollop cream onto pie slices or use a piping bag.

Serve immediately ?

*Whipped cream will breakdown eventually and start to melt, so it’s best to do this when you’re ready to serve.
