Anna Kendrick forgot she was in Twilight, and we can’t stop laughing

Anna Kendrick’s career is nothing if not impressive. She received an Oscar nomination for 2010’s Up in the Air; led not one, but three, Pitch Perfect movies; and has starred alongside the likes of Meryl Streep, George Clooney, and Justin Timberlake. Oh yeah, and girl was in Twilight. Not that she remembers that last one.

On November 26th, the Simple Favor actress tweeted, “Holy shit. I just remembered I was in Twilight.”

Um, firstly, LOL. Secondly, for those who may have also forgotten, Kendrick played the (scene-stealing) Jessica in the iconic teen franchise. In a bleak, vampire-ridden world of melodrama, she provided the few moments of laugh-out-loud levity.

However, she’s done so much since then that we honestly don’t blame her for forgetting that she was a small part of one of the most bizarre teen phenomena in history. Again—Kendrick didn’t play a major role; her face isn’t on the posters; the film didn’t launch her to international stardom like it did for Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson. She was just, like, there. And she apparently forgets it sometimes.

Basically, we forgive you, Anna. Even though we could never forget.
