We all know the holiday rules. The second Thanksgiving is over we are in full-on Christmas mode. Or whatever holiday you prefer to celebrate in December-mode. Or maybe you don’t celebrate any particular holiday, but do get into ice skating and wearing scarves and mittens-mode.
